Agreement Acceptance

By accessing and using TurboMaxon's keyword research platform at turbomaxon.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TurboMaxon, a Taiwan-based technology company providing specialized keyword research and digital marketing intelligence services.

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications to these terms indicates your acceptance of such changes.

Service Description and Scope

TurboMaxon provides comprehensive keyword research tools, competitive analysis features, and digital marketing intelligence designed to support businesses in optimizing their online presence. Our platform offers data-driven insights for search engine optimization, content planning, and market research purposes.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our platform with reasonable notice to users.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users are expected to utilize TurboMaxon services in a professional and ethical manner. You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately to our support team.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to attempting to reverse engineer our algorithms, sharing account access with unauthorized parties, using automated scraping tools beyond permitted API limits, or employing our data for illegal or harmful purposes.

Data Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

All data, algorithms, software, and proprietary methodologies provided through TurboMaxon remain our exclusive intellectual property. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our services for legitimate business purposes during their active subscription period.

While users may incorporate insights derived from our platform into their business strategies and client work, the underlying data and methodology cannot be redistributed, resold, or used to create competing services. Any derivative works based on our data must acknowledge TurboMaxon as the source when shared publicly.

We respect user privacy and maintain strict data handling protocols. Personal information and usage patterns are protected according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Taiwan data protection regulations.

Payment Terms and Subscription Management

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and payment schedule. All payments are processed in Taiwan Dollars (TWD) unless otherwise specified. Users are responsible for maintaining current payment information and ensuring sufficient funds for recurring charges.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within thirty days of initial payment. Service interruptions due to payment failures may result in temporary account suspension until payment issues are resolved. We provide advance notice of any pricing changes affecting existing subscribers.

Service Availability and Technical Limitations

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and infrastructure improvements may require temporary service interruptions, for which we provide advance notification when possible.

API rate limits and data export restrictions are implemented to ensure platform stability and fair usage among all subscribers. Users exceeding established limits may experience temporary throttling or require plan upgrades to accommodate higher usage volumes.

Technical support is provided during Taiwan business hours (GMT+8) with response time objectives varying by subscription tier. Complex technical issues may require additional time for resolution, and we appreciate user patience during troubleshooting processes.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TurboMaxon provides keyword research data and insights for informational purposes. While we employ rigorous data collection and validation processes, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of all information provided through our platform.

Users acknowledge that digital marketing involves inherent risks and uncertainties. Business decisions based on our data and recommendations are made at the user's discretion and risk. TurboMaxon is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.

Privacy and Data Protection

User privacy is fundamental to our service philosophy. We collect only necessary information required to provide keyword research services and maintain account security. Personal data is processed according to Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and international privacy standards.

Keyword search histories and usage patterns are anonymized and may be used for service improvement and industry trend analysis. Individual user data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by legal obligations or court orders.

Account Termination and Data Retention

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. Users can cancel subscriptions through their account settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial usage periods unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Upon termination, user access to the platform ceases immediately, though previously exported data may be retained for legitimate business purposes. Account data is maintained for 90 days following termination to facilitate potential reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.

TurboMaxon reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or behavior that threatens platform security or integrity. In such cases, refunds may be withheld at our discretion.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of TurboMaxon services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Nantou County, Taiwan, using English as the primary language.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations for a minimum of 60 days. Mediation services may be employed to facilitate resolution when direct negotiation proves insufficient.

Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived by all parties. Individual claims may be pursued through arbitration, with arbitrator selection following established international commercial arbitration procedures.

Modifications and Updates

TurboMaxon reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use as necessary to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or business developments. Material changes affecting user rights or obligations will be communicated via email and platform notifications at least 30 days before implementation.

Minor clarifications and non-substantive updates may be implemented with shorter notice periods. Users who disagree with modified terms may terminate their accounts before the effective date of changes to avoid acceptance of new provisions.
